All our food is freshly prepared onboard ITACA with as much locally sourced produce as possible. The food takes inspiration from our journey and our life on the coast of Galicia. Expect some Mediterranean influences with lots of fresh flavours and ingredients to boost your senses.
Breakfast or Brunch
We prepare a fresh and light breakfast or brunch to accompany your navigation route. We can add some healthy snacks and drinks for you to enjoy your trip alone, with friends or family.
Lunch
Pair the views and the sun with a delicious menu prepared exclusively to complement your trip. Drinks are included, ranging from fresh natural juice to a bottle of local wine.
Dinner
Enjoy an unforgettable dinner while the sun goes down. Our dining table is ideal for a couple that would like to enjoy a romantic candelight dinner cruise but also for a small group of friends up to 8 persons.
Mindful eating
It’s well known that the Mediterranean diet is among the healthiest in the world. It’s all about indulging in excellent food moderately, according to conscious way of life. Ideal for couples and groups up to eight people that are searching for a more intimate and out of the box atmosphere.
The lunch or dinner can take place inside the sailboat with large windows allowing you to get the best views while you eat, or on the deck of the boat to enjoy the sea, a sunny afternoon or an impressive sunset of the Ares and Betanzos estuary.
